As in years past, we are striving to put together an outstanding event. This year even more that in years past, we are dedicated to reaching our goals and dreams, because we have had the honor of having our own Miss Colombia N.E. 2007, Miss Pamela Vargas, crowned Miss Colombia USA, 2007-2008, in the prestigious Miss Colombia USA Pageant that took place in New York City this past October.

The Miss Colombia N.E. Beauty Pageant is an event that showcases not only the beauty, but also the intelligence, elegance, charisma and values that characterize our Colombian women. The event is meticulously organized and produced with the highest standards of professionalism. The Miss Colombia N.E. Beauty Pageant not only serves to personify the beauty of Colombia embodied in the contestants, but also showcases the art, culture, and talent of performing artists in music, dance, choreography, and fashion from the Greater Boston Colombian community.

The Miss Colombia N.E. Beauty Pageant has become the most highly anticipated event not only within the Colombian community, but also among the Greater Boston Latino communities in general. Because of its widespread popularity, the Miss Colombia N.E. Beauty Pageant has been able to meet and often exceed the commercial expectations of the many businesses, both large and small, that provide sponsorship and invest their financial support and trust in the quality of our work.

Most of us are well aware of the tremendous growth of the Colombian community here in New England and across the United States, as well as the great economic and cultural impact of the Hispanic community in general. As we prepare for the third annual MISS COLOMBIA NEW ENGLAND BEAUTY PAGEANT, the tremendous success of last year’s pageant and the excitement it generated in our community have raised our expectations and generated a great deal of interest from participants and spectators as well as sponsors.

As the result of hard work, planning and attention to every detail, THE MISS COLOMBIA NEW ENGLAND BEAUTY PAGEANT has quickly become an annual tradition of pride for the Colombian community and an exceptional entertainment event for everyone. In celebration and honor of our rich Colombian culture, ISABEL ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL, SPECIAL EVENTS is seeking to once again bring together young women from our community who will embody the beauty of the Colombian woman with elegance and dignity and showcase their talents on this special evening of our third annual pageant.
